Inventory Management Officer

 

Description:

Responsibilities and Duties:

 

  • Could you collaborate with nationwide warehouses to ensure the accurate and timely submission of inventory transaction data?
  • Consolidate submitted transactional data.
  • Maintain and update the inventory management system (SAP).
  • Be involved in reconciling physical stock with the stock in the system.
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure accuracy in stock counts.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to inventory performance.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on inventory status and key performance indicators.
  • Implement best practices to streamline inventory control procedures.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
  • Address and resolve issues related to damaged or defective products.

 

Skills and Requirements:

 

1) Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree from a HEC-recognized university.

 

2) Experience:

1-2 years of relevant experience.

 

3) Professional Knowledge:

2-3 years of supply chain knowledge.

Familiarity with inventory management processes and best practices.

 

4) Technical Knowledge:

Proficient in SAP MM Module with at least 1 year of experience.

Familiarity with other SAP Modules related to Supply Chain is a plus.

Certifications in the SAP MM Module are a plus.

Efficiency in Microsoft Excel (ERP knowledge will be a plus).

Good Communication Skills and Team Collaboration.
