Inventory Management Executive

Description:

• Collaborate with nationwide warehouses to ensure the accurate and timely submission of inventory transaction data.
• Consolidate submitted transactional data.
• Maintain and update the inventory management system (SAP).
• Be involved in the reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure accuracy in stock counts.
• Generate and analyze reports related to inventory performance.
• Prepare regular reports for management on inventory status and key performance indicators.
• Implement best practices to streamline inventory control procedures.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
• Address and resolve issues related to damaged or defective products.
