Etihad Town is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Executive to join our team in Sialkot. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our real estate and construction projects by ensuring efficient inventory management and smooth operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall Inventory Database Management at the group level, ensuring real-time accuracy and updates.
- Issuance of Quota Files to SSP/SPs and maintaining proper allocation records.
- Inventory Allocation & System Management, ensuring smooth and transparent operations.
- Monitoring & Controlling Inventory Availability, preventing overselling, and ensuring proper stock levels.
- Managing Inventory Documentation & Reporting, maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Coordinating with the Sales Team for inventory issuance, updates, and reconciliations.
- Handling customer communication for plot number allocation, responding to queries, and resolving issues.
- Ensuring Compliance with Inventory Regulations, legal documentation, and company SOPs.
- Conducting regular inventory audits & verification to prevent discrepancies and unauthorized allocations.
- Optimizing processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing better control mechanisms.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Graduation (B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA, or equivalent).
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in inventory management.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of ERP systems.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Real Estate industry / construction-related experience is preferred.
