The Sales & Client Relations Specialist internship is a one-month, commission-only role focused on generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring exceptional service for Adventrow’s Umrah and Hajj clients. This role offers hands-on learning and development with potential for a permanent position based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Generate global leads and secure sales for premium Umrah and Hajj packages, including visa, accommodation, and private transport.

Build relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring a smooth booking process.

Assist clients with onboarding and provide support throughout their pilgrimage.

Use basic computer tools to manage lead tracking and client communications.

Learning Outcomes:

Sales Expertise: Develop skills in global sales outreach and lead generation specific to the travel and hospitality industry.

Client Relations: Learn best practices for nurturing and managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.
