Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven International Tech Recruitment Interns to join our HR team for a summer internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international recruitment and talent acquisition, with the potential to transition into a full-time position with Mavericks United.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and attracting top tech talent from around the globe.
- Conduct sourcing activities through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Assist in conducting initial interviews and assessments of candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Support the development and execution of recruitment strategies and campaigns.
- Assist in preparing and extending job offers to successful candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and candidate experiences.
- Stay updated with international recruitment trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in international recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of motivation and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work US working hours.
