Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls from customers unhappy with their current cable and internet providers, and effectively cross selling & upselling them to a superior alternative.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to convert opportunities into sales and upsell additional products/services where applicable.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve performance goals and targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Flexibility to work in night shifts.
