SourceCode is looking for International Sales Representatives (RSP) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates should have excellent English communication skills, a strong understanding of client needs, and exceptional negotiation abilities.

This is an on-site night shift position based in PECHS Block 3, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

📞 Client Communication: Engage with international clients, understand their requirements, and offer suitable solutions
📞 Sales & Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and maintain client relationships
📞 Customer Relationship Management: Ensure client satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and professional communication
📞 Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Fluent English Communication – Strong spoken and written English skills
✅ Client-Centric Mindset – Ability to understand and fulfill customer needs effectively
✅ Negotiation & Sales Skills – Ability to manage client relationships and close deals successfully
✅ Ability to Work Night Shifts – Comfortable working late hours due to international market requirements

Work Schedule & Benefits:

🕘 Timings:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Saturday: 9:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• 6 Working Days
