Description:
The International Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for expanding our customer base and promoting our mineral products in international markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of the export process, along with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement international sales and marketing strategies for fluorspar and other mineral products.
- Identify and target potential customers in key global markets.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer demands, and competitors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and supply chain, to ensure timely delivery and customer support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and international conferences to represent the company and expand the customer network.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in international sales and marketing, preferably in minerals or industrial products.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and export regulations.
- Proven ability to build relationships with international clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
