International Sales Executive

Description:

OneClick is seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Executive for its evening shift to sell products and services to clients through various sales channels. The role requires expertise in bidding on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer to secure projects and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Bid and submit proposals on Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance platforms to acquire new projects.
✅ Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize revenue.
✅ Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
✅ Generate high-quality leads through various sales channels.
✅ Draft proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals successfully.
✅ Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
✔ O/A Levels background preferred.
✔ Minimum 6 months of experience in international sales (preferably in a software house).
✔ Hands-on experience in bidding on Upwork & Freelancer.
✔ Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
✔ Fresh business graduates are encouraged to apply as comprehensive training will be provided.

Job Timings & Work Schedule:

📅 Shift: Monday to Saturday
🕕 Timings: Evening Shift (6 PM – 3 AM)
