We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled International Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and identifying potential clients to securing deals and maintaining long-term relationships. You will be the face of the company to international clients, ensuring their needs are met and building lasting partnerships. Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Cycle Management: Identify potential clients, pitch products/services, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Networking & Lead Generation: Proactively discover new sales opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Client Presentations: Effectively present products/services to prospective clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with the company’s offerings.
- Customer Retention: Provide professional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. ● Client Relationship Management: Maintain frequent contact with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure their continued satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution in line with company values.
- Sales Record Keeping: Accurately maintain sales records, agreements, and client data.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Proficient in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus.
- Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales/service role, preferably with experience in Digital Marketing campaigns and/or call center sales.
- SalesCall Centre Experience: Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced sales call centre environment.
- Independent Sales Closing: Proven ability to close sales deals independently and drive results.
- MarketKnowledge: Familiarity with market research, sales techniques, and negotiation strategies.
- Availability: Must not be enrolled in any educational program or engaged in other full/part-time work.
