Job Responsibilities
- Experienced in upselling graphic design, logo design, website design, development, WordPress, Shopify, and e-commerce-related website services.
- Must be able to prospect leads through cold chats, cold calls, and social media queries.
- Understands the full sales life cycle, and be prepared to write sales emails and pitches to clients.
Skills Required
- 3-4years of international sales experience in dealing with graphic design sales and customer support with fluent English-speaking B2B Western clients.
- Must possess flawless telephone manners and excellent command over written and spoken English.
- Able to achieve set targets and deliverables per month and maximize revenue from existing clients.
- Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- A or O-level educational background will be preferred
