International Sales Executive

 

Description:

As a Call Center Agent specializing in B2B calling, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients in Europe and the US regions to introduce our products and generate inquiries. Your primary goal will be to effectively pitch our products/services, handle objections, and persuade prospects to engage with our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct outbound calls to businesses in Europe and the US to promote our products/services.

· Utilize effective sales techniques and rebuttals to address customer objections and generate interest.

· Accurately record customer information and interactions in the CRM system.

· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.

· Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.

· Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during customer interactions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding compliance and data security.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 5 months of experience in international calling, preferably in a B2B environment.

· Excellent English communication skills.

· Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to use rebuttals effectively.

· Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using computer applications.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Flexibility to work in different shifts as required.
