International Sales Executive

ight Solution is searching for an enthusiastic International Sales Executive for sales through channels such as chats, calls, and queries on social media with upsell skills for graphic design products such as logos, website design, web development, and ecommerce websites with prior experience in sales and upsell activities of graphic based products.

Job Responsibilities

• 2 -3 years of international sales experience in dealing with graphic design sales and customer support with Native English-speaking B2B clients (US, Canada, UK, Australia etc.).
• Experienced in upselling graphic design, logo design, website design, development, WordPress, Shopify, and e-commerce-related website services.
• Must be able to prospect leads through chats, calls, and social media queries.
• Understands the full sales life cycle, and be prepared to write sales emails and pitches to clients.

Skills Required

• Must possess flawless telephone manners
• Excellent command over written and spoken English.
• Able to achieve set targets and deliverables per month and maximize revenue from existing clients.
• Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• A or O-level educational background will be preferred
