International Sales Executive

Description:

We are currently looking for a dedicated and results-driven International Sales Executive with a focus on IT sales to join our team at Smuftech. As an International Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our global customer base and promoting our IT products and services.

Qualifications and Experience:

A minimum of 2 to 3 years of verifiable experience in IT sales or a related field, preferably in a call center, demonstrating a consistent track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.

An understanding of the online design industry is preferable.

Exceptional communication capabilities, encompassing both written and spoken communication, along with the ability to effectively engage and establish connections with international clientele.

Willingness to work during night hours, from 9 PM to 5 AM.

Location: Karachi, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to international customers to understand their IT needs and promote our IT products and services.

Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting our IT offerings and closing sales deals.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction in the IT sector.

Provide excellent customer support and resolve IT-related inquiries or issues promptly.

Keep abreast of IT industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
