This is a remote, commission-only role ideal for a highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record in the international media or creative services market. If you are a strong closer and confident about tapping into North American buyers, we offer high commissions and long-term collaboration opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and close new B2B clients from North America and other international markets.
- Pitch Brinysoft’s animation services to media companies, marketing agencies, corporate clients, and SMEs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Conduct effective discovery calls to understand client needs and position tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and finalize sales deals independently.
- Provide feedback to the internal team regarding client needs and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in international sales, preferably in media, animation, marketing services, or digital creative industries.
- Prior experience selling to North American clients is a must.
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results without supervision.
- Highly self-motivated with a hunter mentality.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic online collaboration tools is a plus.
- Existing network of potential buyers or warm leads in the target industry will be a strong advantage.
