We are seeking a full-time on-site International Sales and Business Development Executive for our Karachi Division. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain key business relationships. The ideal candidate must thrive in a dynamic environment and be passionate about driving sales growth and expanding our global reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Convert leads into customers to support consistent sales growth.
- Identify and engage potential clients to expand our customer base, building and leveraging a network of contacts.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Facilitate smooth after-sales processes by providing assistance and guidance to clients post-purchase.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and address evolving needs.
- Keep clients informed about the latest products, services, and industry news relevant to their interests.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with key stakeholders and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in International Sales and Business Development.
- Strong customer service and account management skills.
- Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques.
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
