As an International Sales Specialist at Sahara Contracting Co, you will play a pivotal role in driving our international business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners on a global scale. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will be essential in presenting our services, understanding client needs, and tailoring solutions that align with their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential markets, clients, and opportunities for expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, understanding their needs and proposing suitable contracting solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including project management, engineering, and finance to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote our services.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in international sales, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of international markets, cultural nuances, and business practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
