Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential international clients interested in real estate investments within Project Eighteen.

• Articulately present and highlight the distinctive features and investment opportunities of Project Eighteen through effective sales presentations and property tours.

• Foster and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals, and tailoring solutions accordingly.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to formulate targeted sales strategies, create promotional materials, and design marketing campaigns for international audiences.

• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to stay abreast of global real estate trends and competitor activities.

• Leverage your negotiation skills to effectively close property deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

• Represent the company at international real estate exhibitions and events to enhance the global visibility of Project Eighteen.

Qualifications and Skills:

• MBA in Sales & Marketing is a mandatory requirement.

• Proven experience in international property sales, preferably within the luxury real estate sector.

• In-depth knowledge of the real estate landscape in Islamabad and the ability to effectively communicate the unique value proposition of Project Eighteen to international clients.

• Demonstrated sales and negotiation prowess with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the building of rapport with diverse international clients.

• Familiarity with the legal and regulatory aspects of real estate transactions in Pakistan.

• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
