International Outbound Sales Executives

Minimum skills and experience

• Must have Matric/Grade 12
• 1+ years TELESALES experience in a call centre environment.
• A qualification in Sales, Marketing or similar will be advantageous
• MUST have an EXCELLENT command of the English language with a neutral accent.
• Must be able to speak fluently and clearly as he/she will be dealing with international client(s)
• Must have VERY STRONG objection handling skills and be relentless in his/her pursuit of a sale
• Strong Business communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong negotiation and/or persuasive skills with a passion for sales
• Driven by money and willing to put in extra hours and effort to meet and/or exceed targets
• High value for teamwork.
• Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot and Salesforce will be advantageous
• Must be able and willing to work under pressure and be deadline driven
• Proven track record in sales
