This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist at ibex, located in Karāchi. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing customer service and technical support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve customer issues effectively on a day-to-day basis.
