International Business Development Executive

 

Description:

· Ensure customers are provided timely responses to their inquiries and requests for information.

· Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.

· Enter and update customer information in the database.

· Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.

· Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential customers.

· Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.

· Establish and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

· Maintain knowledge of product, pricing, and services.

· Provide appropriate feedback to others regarding any inefficiencies or areas for improvements.

· Always maintain professionalism with clients.

· Continue to build customer relationships and stay abreast of customer preferences and needs.

· Seek training as needed to advance job position.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and team environment
  • Experienced at CRM and Order Management Systems, Salesforce, etc. is preferred

Qualification: Bachelor's in business administration and related field.
