Internal Audit Executive

Are you a dynamic professional seeking a challenging opportunity in the field of internal audit? We are currently looking for a highly motivated Internal Audit Executive to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare a Management Information System (MIS) as directed by the Head of Internal Audit.

2. Collaborate with DM Internal Audit in executing the Annual Audit Plan.

3. Assist DM Internal Audit in gathering information on current practices, and consulting with functional departments to establish appropriate controls for their operations.

4. Review the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of financial and operational information provided by the Head of Internal Audit.

5. Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures.

6. Foster effective liaison with personnel from various departments.

7. Conduct Pre-Audits of Payments, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial transactions by scrutinizing invoices and approvals in accordance with the Financial Authority Matrix (FAM).

8. Perform asset verification and count before disposal.

9. Assist in the preparation of Stock Valuation.

10. Monitor sales returns and wastage for financial accuracy.

11. Prepare draft findings observed during pre-audit and post-audit payment processes.

12. Perform any additional assignments delegated by the Head of Internal Audit.

Job Requirements:

- Qualification: CA/ACCA/ MBA-Finance/CMA/ CIA/

- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
