Description:
We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including custom coding, integrations, and solution deployment to meet our clients' business requirements. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions, collaborating with clients, and contributing to projects while growing your technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and going to the client calls.
- Effectively presenting technical solutions to win client engagements during calls and meetings.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Document technical designs, processes, and configurations for future reference and training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integrations.
- Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
- Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
