Intellectual Property Manager

Description:

Hamdard Pakistan is looking for a 'Intellectual Property Manager'.
• To assist in the preparation of documentation for intellectual property.
Coordinate with attorneys on behalf of the company.
• To review contracts with suppliers or contractors to establish and protect terms for the usage of intellectual property
• To review existing Patents, Trademarks & Copyrights & to timely renew the near to expiry Patents, Trademarks & Copyrights.
• To obtain registrations of Trademarks, Copyrights and Patents for new products or services offered by the company.
• To manage company's intellectual property rights portfolio by identifying pilferages/theft.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
• CANDIDATE MUST HAVE 5-6 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE SAME CAPACITY
• CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS LL.B. OR LL.M DEGREE.
• SHOULD BE WELL AWARE ABOUT THE INTERNATIONAL & LOCAL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAWS
