As an Insurance Sales Officer at CoverAsaan.pk, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their insurance needs.
- Present and sell insurance policies to prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide personalized insurance solutions based on client needs and preferences.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and claims efficiently and professionally.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and community events to promote CoverAsaan.pk's insurance products.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales activities and client interactions.
- Ensure all client documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year proven experience in insurance sales.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of motivation and a drive to achieve sales targets.
