Instructional Designer

Description:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to our clients.
• Work with clients to identify their target audiences' training needs and understand their applications and processes to derive actionable insights and use cases for digital adoption improvement.
• Develop and propose optimal digital adoption solutions to clients using available tools and resources.
• Create content tailored to the client's specific use cases and needs.
• Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects.
• Stay up to date with trends and best practices in digital transformation, instruction design, and changemanagement.Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or relevant field (fresh/recent graduates would be preferred).
• Passion to work in above mentioned domains.
• Knowledge of digital transformation, instruction design, and change management principles and practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with digital systems and applications such as ERPs, CRMs, and CLMs. Knowledge of platformssuch as Whatfix or Walkme is desirable.
