Description:
As Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to interact with and work alongside innovative executives and leaders. You will work closely and gain exposure to the workflows and day-to-day activities of employees across S&P Global divisions. Our innovation programs support our rapidly growing business, and thus allow for many opportunities to become involved in various S&P Global events, activities, and initiatives. You will:

Responsibilities
- Support the workflow and pipeline of the S&P Global Innovation Platform
- Manage the initiative requests, site builds and stakeholder needs
- Ensure business impact is tracked and recorded accordingly
- Create and maintain documentation needed for platform education (how-tos, walkthrough videos, templates, etc.)
- Manage the Innovation intranet site, creating content and making updates as necessary
- Create and maintain patent files, inventors and recognition database
- Develop and execute communication, event, engagement and awareness campaigns related to projects/programs
- Assist with the implementation of technology learning application activities including hackathons, idea competitions, design sprints, workshops, panel discussions, etc.
Basic Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to quickly learn and manage new software and tools (I.e. Innovation Platform Software)
- HTML and CSS experience
- Design and UX experience
- Collaborative work style with ability to adapt to change, solicit input, influence, and support decision-making
- Strong service orientation and high standards of excellence
- Excellent listener; seeks broad input and feedback; employs frequent and effective follow-up
- Strong facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities; ability to have multiple projects in flight at once, in various stages
