Injection Molding Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Engineer to join our team in a managerial role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injection molding processes, tooling design, and team leadership. The Injection Molding Engineer will be responsible for managing the entire injection molding section, including process optimization, team management, and ensuring product quality.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the injection molding section
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and improve efficiency
• Lead a team of injection molding technicians and operators
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Manage inventory of raw materials and supplies for the injection molding section
• Oversee maintenance and repair of injection molding machines and equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in injection molding processes
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role in injection molding
• Knowledge of material behaviors, including PVC, PP, and ABS
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements for medical devices
• Experience with process validation
