Information Technology Specialist

Description:

· Configuration, Testing & Commissioning of Video Systems like Honeywell, Bosch, Milestone, etc.

· Configuration, Testing & Commissioning of Access Control Systems like Honeywell, Bosch, HID, etc.

· Mid-level knowledge in implementing IT network Infrastructure and Troubleshooting LAN, WAN, and VPN Network environments. (CCNA or equivalent Certificate is preferred) .

· Basic Knowledge of Firewall Configuration.

· Mid-level knowledge in Implementing, Managing, and Maintaining Windows Server 2012-2019 Std or Enterprise environment. (MCSE Or equivalent certificate is preferred)

· Exceptional customer service, overall communication, and technical writing skills

· Basic Knowledge of Video Analytics, FR & ANPR systems.

· Basic knowledge of other ELV Systems and integration.

· Providing professional 1st and 2nd line support for customer’s Requirements
