Information Technology Sales Specialist

 

Description:

Sales Strategy and Business Development:

·       Identifying new platforms, customers and opportunities.

·       Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products/services and address customer queries. Collaborate with clients to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts.

·       Develop action plans to secure new business for the company.

·       Target potential clients who can benefit from our products/services.

·       Maximize client potential in designated regions through market analysis.

 

Tender Participation and Sales Support:

·       Oversee participation in tenders, ensuring competitive proposals.

·       Prepare and follow up on quotations based on customer requests.

 

Forecasting and Budgeting:

·       Prepare accurate forecasts and budgets to guide decision-making.

·       Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Continuously analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall performance.

·       Analyze sales and cost data to identify trends and improvements.

 

Client Relationship Management:

·       Interpret client requirements for excellent service delivery.

·       Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand client's needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements effectively.

·       Provide excellent post-sales support to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, & resolving issues promptly

·       Persuade clients that our products meet their needs.

 

Sales Reporting and Presentations:

·       Prepare comprehensive sales reports for management.

·       Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

·       Represent the company in trade shows and events.

Soft Skills Required:

· Able to achieve sales target.

·       Working in team / group of people

·       Creative and problem solving mindset

·       Able to communicate effectively using verbal and written English

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven hands on sales management experience on www.bark.com, www.thumbtack.com & www.upwork.com.
  • The ability to motivate staff and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with international clients.
  • Staying up to date with emerging sales techniques & platforms.
