As an intern, you will assist in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, helping to solve technical issues, and supporting our clients with various IT needs. Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to web hosting, servers, and networking.
- Support the setup, maintenance, and upgrade of company IT systems and servers.
- Monitor system performance and address issues proactively.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams via email, chat, or phone.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on various projects, including system updates and configurations.
- Document processes and contribute to creating knowledge base articles for clients.
- Stay updated with the latest web hosting technologies and trends.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of web hosting, cPanel, and server management.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Linux/Windows) and networking fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Previous experience in IT support or web hosting (preferred but not mandatory).
