Incubation Officer

Description:

We are looking for an ✨Incubation Officer ✨who’ll work towards monitoring and evaluating project milestones and fostering meaningful relationships with our diverse cohort of startups.

Responsibilities:

Work with our Program Manager, contribute innovative ideas to optimize program effectiveness and drive impactful outcomes for the incubated startups, ensuring each startup receives the support and guidance needed for success.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, or a relevant field.
1-2 years of hands-on experience in a corporate environment
A collaborative spirit, excellent communications skills and a desire to shape a healthy work culture
