As an Inbound Sales Executive at Communications Hub LLC, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls and inquiries related to custom box packaging. You will provide exceptional customer service by understanding the customer's needs, offering expert guidance, and assisting them in selecting the right packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Build strong rapport with customers to understand their packaging requirements.

Product Knowledge:

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of our packaging products, including various box sizes, materials, and customization options.
  • Educate customers about our product offerings and help them choose the most suitable packaging solution.

Pricing and Quoting:

  • Calculate and provide accurate pricing quotes to customers based on their specific packaging needs.
  • Explain pricing factors and options clearly to customers.

Order Processing:

  • Assist customers in placing orders, ensuring that all necessary information is collected accurately.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Problem Resolution:

  • Address customer concerns, questions, or issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Generate reports as needed to track customer trends and sales performance.
