Tekboox, a US based IT Company is looking for Inbound Customer Support Officer
Responsibilities:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English: Candidates should be able to articulate complex information clearly, both verbally and in writing, while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.

· Strong problem-solving abilities: The ability to understand customer concerns, analyze situations, and offer effective solutions is crucial.
