Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls professionally and provide excellent customer support for US Telecom campaigns.

- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

- Utilize effective communication and active listening skills to understand and meet customer needs.

- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and scripting guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Fluent English communication skills are a must.

- Fresh candidates with an O & A Level background are preferred.

- Previous experience in the same campaigns is highly desirable.

- Excellent accent and pronunciation skills.
