Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Inbound Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls and dispatch service inquires to employees. This role requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer Incoming Calls: Handle an inbound call from customers, responding to inquiries about products.
  • Providing Support: Provide accurate information related to dispatching software.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information into the company dispatching software.
  • Product Knowledge: All the training of software will be given.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
  • Fluent English-Speaking Skills is a must.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Language: English Speaking and writing.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required. {Holidays will be paid extra}
