Responsibilities:

• Research potential suppliers and conduct competitive analyses.

• Prepare accurate purchase orders detailing quantity, pricing, and specifications.

• Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

• Maintain precise records of purchases, invoices, and receipts.

• Track and monitor shipments for timely delivery.

• Collaborate with suppliers for product development and process improvement.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for optimal stock levels.

• Analyze supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's in business management (Supply Chain) or related field.

Experience: 0-1 years in Supply Chain management with a reputable organization.

Skills – Job Specific:

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Proficient in documentation handling.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of export/import regulations and international markets.
