We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Consultant to join our team. As an Immigration Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their immigration needs and ensuring the efficient processing of immigration applications. You will work closely with clients and legal teams to help clients navigate the complex immigration process.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs and eligibility for various visas and immigration programs.
• Prepare and review immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor case progress and keep clients informed about the status of their applications.
• Communicate with government agencies, immigration courts, and other relevant authorities on behalf of clients.
• Stay up to date on changes in immigration laws and regulations to provide accurate advice and guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to prepare for immigration hearings and court appearances.
• Maintain organized records and documentation related to client cases.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our immigration services.

Qualifications:

Intermediate, BA in Business or equivalent, etc.

Minimum 3 - 5 years immigration experience

Super sales skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
