Ace Luxury Immigration Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with their immigration needs and ensure the efficient processing of their applications. You will be working closely with clients, legal teams, and government authorities to navigate the complex immigration process, making this role crucial to our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Client Consultations: Conduct detailed consultations to assess clients’ immigration needs and eligibility for various visa and immigration programs.
- Application Preparation: Prepare and review immigration applications, petitions, and necessary supporting documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Case Monitoring: Regularly monitor case progress and update clients on the status of their applications.
- Communication with Authorities: Liaise with government agencies, immigration courts, and other relevant authorities on behalf of clients.
- Stay Informed: Keep updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations to provide clients with accurate and timely advice.
- Legal Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys and legal teams in preparing for immigration hearings and court appearances.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized records and documentation for all client cases to ensure smooth workflow.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s immigration services.
Qualifications:
- Education: Intermediate, BA in Business, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business migration.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to engage clients and build relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and CRM systems such as Zoho, Solicitor, or similar.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2-3 years of immigration experience is required.
- Previous experience in business migration and client-facing roles will be an advantage.
