Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Consultant at The Immigration Professionals and Law Firm in Islamabad. We need two immigration consultants for two of our branches in Islamabad who will be responsible for handling immigration issues, visas, legal consulting, and global immigration matters on a day-to-day basis.
Location: F7 and E11
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation:
- Conduct initial consultations to assess clients’ immigration needs and provide guidance on visa options for the UK, USA, Canada, and Schengen.
- Advise clients on the eligibility criteria and documentation requirements for their desired immigration pathways.
- Application Preparation:
- Prepare and review immigration applications and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Submit applications and monitor their progress, providing updates to clients as needed.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay informed about the latest changes in immigration laws and policies affecting the UK, USA, Canada, and Schengen.
- Ensure all client applications comply with the relevant regulations and requirements.
- Client Support:
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the immigration process.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their immigration journey.
- Documentation and Records Management:
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all client interactions, case progress, and documentation.
- Prepare reports and updates for clients and management as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration consulting, with a focus on the UK, USA, Canada, and Shinjuku.
- Demonstrated success in managing and processing a variety of immigration cases.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in immigration law, international relations, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications or training in immigration consulting are advantageous.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of immigration processes and regulations for the UK, USA, Canada, and Shinjuku.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex immigration issues clearly.
- Proficient in managing multiple cases simultaneously and working under tight deadlines.
