Immigration And Visa Processing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate clients' profiles and determine eligibility for visa/ immigration filing
• Collect and verify all required documentation for applications
• Prepare and submit visa applications with accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with clients and government authorities to ensure timely processing of visa/immigration applications
• Provide expert advice and support to clients throughout the visa and immigration process
• Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and regulations

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, LLB or LLM.
• Proven experience in visa and immigration filing for Canada, UK, and Germany
• In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
