Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
• Develop and enforce HR policies for the FMCG brand.
• Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and compliance.
• Drive training, development, and compensation strategies.
• Ensure HR best practices and labor law adherence.
• Handle factory workers' management, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of workplace concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience in FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HR software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
