Human Resources Specialist

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at BitPure in Faisalabad. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR processes, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and personnel management tasks on a daily basis.

Qualifications
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Experience in developing HR policies and implementing employee benefits
Personnel Management expertise
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
