Human Resources Specialist

 

Description:

As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the human resources function of our organization. You will be responsible for various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR roles specially in Call center Hiring , with knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • HR certification preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to hire strong Final expense closer and verifier for Office
