Human Resources Specialist

 

Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced HR professional with a strong background in finance and proficiency in QuickBooks to join our growing team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Onboard new hires, ensuring they understand company policies, benefits, and culture.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

 

Finance Expertise:

  • Process payroll accurately and efficiently using QuickBooks.
  • Maintain employee benefits records and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting for the HR department.
  • Generate HR-related reports and analyze data to identify trends.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on various HR-related issues.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proven experience using QuickBooks for payroll, benefits administration, and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
