Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced HR professional with a strong background in finance and proficiency in QuickBooks to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Onboard new hires, ensuring they understand company policies, benefits, and culture.
- Manage employee relations, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Finance Expertise:
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently using QuickBooks.
- Maintain employee benefits records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for the HR department.
- Generate HR-related reports and analyze data to identify trends.
- Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on various HR-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proven experience using QuickBooks for payroll, benefits administration, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
