Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle various HR functions with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and issues, maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll processes.
- Policy Implementation:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
- Employee Engagement:
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through various HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
