Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager for a well-known Group of Companies located in Head Office, Lahore. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
· Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
· Manage the full-cycle hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.
· Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
· Act as a mediator between employees and management to resolve conflicts.
· Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
· Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvements.
3. Performance Management:
· Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
· Provide guidance and support to managers in employee evaluations.
· Identify training and development needs to enhance employee performance.
4. Training & Development:
· Design and execute training programs to improve employee skills.
· Facilitate leadership and professional development workshops.
· Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
5. Compensation & Benefits:
· Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements.
· Manage employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
· Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation structures.
6. Compliance & Legal Affairs:
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
· Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
· Handle disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
7. HR Strategy & Organizational Development:
· Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business goals.
· Drive initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
· Lead change management and workforce planning efforts.
Qualifications
· Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance
· Knowledge of training and development practices
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
· Proficiency in HRIS systems
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
· HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD, PHR, SPHR) is a plus
