Description:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR functions and also take charge of managing our chat support department. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend human resource management with operations in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for technical and non-technical roles.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee satisfaction initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Design and manage training and development programs to enhance team performance.
- Supervise and optimize the chat support department, ensuring 24/7 operations run smoothly.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the chat support team, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate with department heads to align HR practices with overall company objectives.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and incentive programs for all employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, with managerial experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Pakistan's labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HR management software and tools.
