Human Resources Manager

 

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager at Rankeoure. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee performance management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for hiring and retaining top talent.

 

Responsibilities

 

Talent Acquisition

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.

• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.

• Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are well-prepared and integrated into the team.

Employee Relations

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

• Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.

• Facilitate employee development and career growth opportunities.

HR Policies and Procedures

• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

• Create, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Performance Management

• Establish performance metrics and monitor employee performance.

• Implement performance improvement plans as needed.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a digital marketing agency or IT company.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and management.

• Proficient in HR management software and tools.
