As the HR Manager, you will play a critical role in managing all HR-related activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for organizational development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to attract top talent.
  • Manage employee relations and address any concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional HR experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Residency in Multan City is preferred.
